Two Ways to Train Your Team
Featured Trainings
Two training options, each built around real camp situations and honest discussion for departments meeting Allie for the first time and for teams coming back for more.
Camp Staff Essentials
Practical preparation for your whole summer team
This 2–3 hour training, depending on staff size, helps counselors, group leaders, and camp directors understand their responsibilities and feel more prepared for the summer.
Through discussion and real camp scenarios, staff work through supervision, behavior management, communication, professionalism, and knowing when to ask for help. They consider how their choices affect campers and the rest of the team.
Whether your staff are brand new or returning for another summer, this training gives everyone a shared starting point.

Sticky Situations
What would you do? Real camp scenarios for summer staff.
Already had Allie train your team? Bring her back for a different session the following year.
Sticky Situations gives staff a chance to work through challenging camp situations, explain their decisions, and learn from one another. What should you do first? What do you say to the camper? When do you involve a supervisor?
Developed as a second training for returning departments, this session gives your team fresh situations to discuss and more opportunities to practice making decisions.
